What we collect, how we use it, and who we share it with — in plain language.

Information We Collect

Quote requests: the name, phone number, email, service needed, and project details you type into our quote form.
Lead source: the advertising link you arrived through (for example a Google, Facebook, or TikTok ad) and its campaign name, so we know how you found us.
Basic website usage: pages visited and general device/browser type, the same coarse information most websites collect.

To contact you about your quote and schedule the work.
To keep a record of requests, jobs, and communications in our business records.
To understand which advertising brings customers to us, so we can spend our marketing budget where it works.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone except as needed to run our business (for example, our website and spreadsheet providers hold the data on our behalf).

Quote requests are stored in our business lead records and kept for as long as they are useful for running the business — typically a few years — then removed.
Lead source information is stored alongside the request it belongs to and is not used to track you across other websites.

We use browser storage to remember the advertising link you arrived through and your advertising privacy choices. Google Ads receives page URLs, device information and advertising click identifiers to measure advertising and support ad optimization. We do not send your quote form name, email or phone number to Google Ads, and personalized advertising signals are disabled.
In regions requiring advertising consent, the Google tag loads only after you accept. Elsewhere it is enabled unless you reject or your browser signals a privacy opt-out. Unknown regions require consent. Use Advertising settings in the footer to reject or withdraw at any time; prior blocked activity is not replayed.
Your advertising choice is stored on this browser with a visitor reference, date, region, and the notice and choices shown. Earlier acceptance evidence is retained when you withdraw. Clearing browser storage removes these local records and may prompt you again.
If our pages embed content from another service (such as a map), that service may set its own cookies under its own policy.

If you ask us to text or call you, we use your number only for that job's communication. Reply STOP to any text and we will stop texting that number.
